Services & bookings

I provide professional makeup artistry for weddings, events, photo shoots, and special occasions. Previews are highly recommended for bridal services to ensure satisfaction with the desired look. Adjustments can be made during or after the trial session.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date and confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.
Failure to pay the final invoice will result in services being suspended.
Any additional charges will be discussed during the enquiry process.

Cancellations & booking amendments

Cancellations made more than 24 weeks in advance will forfeit the non-refundable deposit but not incur additional charges.
Cancellations within 24 weeks of the scheduled event will require to pay 25% of final invoice, within 16 weeks of the scheduled event will require to pay 50% of the final invoice & within 8 weeks of the scheduled event will require to pay the full amount. Any cancellations please confirm by emailing info@slwmakeup.co.uk.
Cancellation payments must be made within 7 days of confirming.
In the rare event I must cancel (e.g., illness or severe weather), I will provide a full refund of the final invoice.
Rescheduling/postponements by more the 6 months, any revised prices will be included in your final invoice. No further charges will be incurred thereafter.

privacy & data protection

With your consent, I may use photos of your finished look for portfolio, website, or social media promotion. I will never tag, post, or publish without your permission, and will honor any privacy requests.
By signing the terms and conditions you consent to the use of imagery for promotional purposes.

By booking with SLW Makeup, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or on our website.
